Contact form
- Data collected: last name, first name, email address, subject and message, as well as your telephone number if you provide it. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request.
- Purpose: to answer your request and follow up on our correspondence.
- Legal basis: the Foundation’s legitimate interest in answering people who contact it.
- Retention period: one year from the last exchange, after which the data is deleted.
Technical logs
As with any website, the server records technical data when you visit (including IP address, pages requested, date and time). This data is used to keep the website running and secure. It is based on the Foundation’s legitimate interest and on the hosting provider’s legal obligations, and the provider keeps it for a limited period.
Recipients
Your data can only be accessed by authorised staff of the Fondation Maurice Allais and the Fondation Mines Paris. The technical service providers that host and maintain the website, as well as the Foundation’s email provider, may access it strictly as required for their work. Your data is neither sold nor used for commercial marketing.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website is hosted in France. Messages sent to the Foundation are received in its mailbox, which is provided by Microsoft (Microsoft 365). In limited cases, Microsoft may process certain data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
